When explosions rock Boston, Ryan and Sienna are torn apart. He wakes up in a hospital, injured and alone. She’s forced to flee, convinced Ryan is dead.

Sienna fights her way through a collapsing city to find her brother, Max. With Dutch, their loyal dog, by their side, they set out for a rumored sanctuary in Tennessee. But the road to safety is broken—full of gangs, looters, and desperation. Trust is rare. Mercy is rarer.

Ryan, haunted by loss, returns to find Max… only to discover Sienna survived—and she’s already gone.

Now he must make an impossible choice: stay behind in the ruins, or risk everything to chase the only people he has left in the world.
